Room spray and home fragrance manufacturer
We make room spray, home spray and car spray for retailers and home fragrance brands, most of it alcohol-free, from a 45ml card spray to a 300ml home spray. A room spray is usually the second product in a home range, after the diffuser, so we build it from the same scent and test each one on its own.
Why a home range needs a spray
A diffuser scents a room slowly over weeks. A spray scents it in seconds, before guests arrive or after cooking. Shoppers who like a diffuser often want both, which makes the spray an easy add-on sale at a lower price point. For a retailer it also widens a range without a new scent: one fragrance, two or three formats on the same shelf.

Alcohol-free by default
Most of our room sprays are water-based with no alcohol. That keeps the spray from feeling sharp in a closed room and simplifies shipping, because an alcohol spray is classed as flammable goods. A water-based spray needs more work to keep the fragrance dissolved, especially once the load goes above about 2%, and that is where our formulation effort goes. Every formula is checked in the stability room in its final bottle before it is filled.
If your brief calls for an alcohol spray, for a drier, faster burst, we make that too, and prepare the dangerous goods paperwork.
Matching the diffuser
A room spray and a diffuser can carry the same fragrance oil, but the bases release it differently. The spray is judged in the first minute; the diffuser over weeks. We set the load for each product separately and you smell them side by side before approval, so the range reads as one scent on the shelf.
Pack and decoration
Spray bottles come in glass or plastic, with fine mist pumps or trigger sprayers for larger sizes. Bottles can be sprayed, frosted, printed or labelled, and the cap matched to the diffuser in the same range. For the 45ml card spray the card itself is the pack, printed to your artwork.
Fabric and linen claims
Many brands want a room and linen spray. Spraying on fabric is a separate claim, and light fabrics can mark. We test for staining before a fabric claim goes on your label, and we tell you plainly if the formula needs to change to support it.

Questions buyers ask
Are your room sprays alcohol-free?
Our catalogue room sprays are alcohol-free, including the 300ml home spray and the 45ml card spray. Alcohol-based room spray is also possible if your brief calls for a faster, drier burst.
Can the room spray match our diffuser?
Yes, and that is how most retailers buy it. We build the spray from the same fragrance as the diffuser and test each product on its own, because a spray and a diffuser base carry the oil differently.
What sizes do you make?
From a 45ml card spray for gifting and the till point, through 100ml, up to 300ml home spray. A 100ml car spray is in the same family.
Can a room spray also be used on fabric?
Many customers want a room and linen spray. Fabric use needs its own check for staining on light fabrics, which we run before the claim goes on the label.
